GRID CENTRAL

Refund policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

The short version

1. Who handles payments

Grid Central's subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes refunds for us. When this policy says you get a refund, we'll issue it through Lemon Squeezy, back to the card or account you paid with.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. The link is in every receipt email.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan carries on until the end of the period you've paid for, and then Grid Central drops to Rookie. Your laps, paints and setups stay on your PC.

3. Refunds within 14 days

You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of:

Monthly renewals after the first payment aren't refunded, except in the cases below.

4. When something goes wrong

We'll refund a payment, whenever it was made, if:

5. Add-ons and seat packs

The Broadcast add-on and Race Team seat packs are separate subscriptions, and the same rules apply to each. If a Race Team plan is refunded, its seat packs end with it, and we refund them on the same terms.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support.gridcentral@gmail.com from the email you bought with, and include the order number from your receipt. We'll reply within 2 business days. After we issue a refund, your bank or card may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually sort it out much faster.

7. Your rights under the law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those guarantees, or the consumer rights you have where you live. In the EU and UK, the 14 days in section 3 cover your right to change your mind about a purchase.
